Well, let’s see how I met Aunty Kelsey for the first time... She was at the hospital when I was born, so I guess I met her there, but I don't remember because I couldn't see yet with all that gunk on my eyes. Aunty Kelsey has been by my side my whole life! Aunty Kelsey and I share the same passion for soccer. She has taken my family and I to several outdoor and indoor professional soccer games and has always been willing to come and watch me play during soccer games, even across the state. I will always cherish these precious times with her! To me, Aunty Kelsey is the most loving and beautiful person I know. She cares deeply about the people around her and is always there for me. I think Uncle Tre and Aunty Kelsey are the perfect couple because he brings out the best in her and she is always happiest when he is around. My super fun fact about my Aunty Kelsey is that I’m her favorite niece!
I first met Kelsey when I came in from Texas to visit my dad over the summer. A few months later our relationship continued to blossom as she flew with me from Texas to celebrate my brother’s baby shower. From the start, she was so kind and welcoming, and over time, our relationship has grown through her constant support and care for my life, and the same can be said for Tre. My favorite memory with her was at the baseball game when Tre proposed. Seeing the joy on Kelsey's face in that moment was priceless, and it really showed how much love and happiness she brings to everyone.
I want to thank Tre and Kelsey for the incredible honor of being their officiant and celebrating their union. To introduce myself, I am a man who values character, morals, and integrity. As a loving son, father, and friend, I find the most joy in living out my purpose, both personally and professionally. Each day, I am at peace knowing I can bring people together.
Over the years, I’ve grown passionate about various pursuits, from playing football and understanding mental health. Yet, my favorite hobby has become meeting and spending time with good people. Speaking of which, I can’t think of two people who exemplify “good people” more than Tre and Kelsey. Individually, they are both remarkable, and together, they are truly limitless.
My journey with them began through the maid of honour, the love of my life, Tori. Early in my relationship with Tori, I met Kelsey, and our shared love and care for Tori forged a meaningful bond between us. Since then, knowing Kelsey has been filled with one joyful moment after another. From celebrating her graduation to her becoming our son DJ’s godmother to witnessing her find her soulmate in Tre, it’s been an incredible journey.
Meeting Tre was one of the most encouraging experiences I’ve had in recent years. Laid back but always attentive, Tre has a deep and caring nature that’s rare to see these days. He treats Kelsey with a level of care that shows the depth of his character. Over time, Tre and I have built our own friendship through shared interests—video games, hanging out, and, at times, being each other’s voice of reason.
My advice to Kelsey and Tre would be to lead with love, patience, and kindness through all of their actions with each other.
Kelsey and I met in 2020 through our friend Jazmyne, and from our first night out—when Kelsey hilariously fell asleep in the club—I knew we’d be lifelong friends. We’ve shared so many memories, from our love for Cheesecake Factory to our passion for fitness and party planning. Funny how we encouraged each other to take the leap of faith and try something new by meeting our partners on Hinge. One of our most memorable moments was during my pregnancy when Kelsey became my son DJ’s godmother. Kelsey’s driven, thoughtful, and always goes above and beyond.
My advice to Kelsey is always to be loving and understanding, and never stop being Tre’s best friend. Our bond has surged with time, and I’m incredibly I’m proud of her, and I can’t wait to continue making memories together! Our theme song should be “Count on Me" by Bruno Mars because we always have each other's backs.
Tremain and I's friendship journey began in elementary school; I was in first grade, and he was in second. Our mutual friend Mike introduced us, and a lifelong friendship blossomed from that moment. Our bond was forged from our adventures of riding bikes all over town, playing basketball at the park, countless laughs, and diving into epic video games. We have always been there to support each other through life's ups and downs. His big heart and loyalty have always stood out, making him more than just one of my best friends; he is someone I genuinely call my brother. I'm grateful for every moment that led us here and excited to see the journey ahead for him and his beautiful bride, Kelsey.
Kelsey and I are still kicking it 13 years after we first met playing soccer for Webster University. We became fast friends on and off the pitch. Off the soccer field, we share a love for laughing, Cardinals baseball, sushi, naps, and vacations. I, more often than not, call her Tsuki, the shortened last name of a strong woman. Even though I tower over Tsuki, I look up to her. Her wisdom, guidance, and light is second to none. Kelsey found someone that not only shines as bright as she does, but lets her shine even brighter than before.
Tre also shares that same light. He looks at Kelsey exactly how a man should look at the woman he loves. I knew he was the one the first time I met him: at sushi, of course. He finally went to the bathroom so we could talk about him, and the first thing I said was, “I love him! He’s perfect.”
My wish for Kelsey & Tremain is to continue to bring out the light in one another. You’re off to a fantastic start, and I’ll happily remind you, if needed, but I don’t think that’ll be an issue.
My name is Donald Conway, but to most, I’m known as Silk Livin, which is more than a name; it’s a lifestyle I created. A little bit about myself: I’m a visionary entrepreneur, a loving Husband, and a devoted father of two.
Tre and I go way back. We’ve always shared an interest in outdoor activities, cars, video games, and a sense of wanting a better life than how we came up. I admired a few things about Tre. One was the amount of illegal music he would download off of my grandmother’s computer every week. He definitely has a great taste in music.
Tre often expressed that he only spent time with people who were actively pursuing their goals, which made me feel important because, truthfully, I genuinely admired him.
Thirdly, he was the buddy that always had your back or, in this case, your party invite. Whenever there was an event, he always ensured I was on the guest list. He never left a friend behind. Once again, he ensured I was here to share another milestone in his life, which I’m honored to be a part of.
I met Tremain, aka Tre, in 2010 while playing basketball for the University of Missouri-St. Louis. We met at a party, at the only and only Lodge, and exchanged information, and from there, a brotherhood was born. We kept in touch through gaming and sharing a passion for music, sneakers, and fashion. I had no idea we would ultimately share major life experiences along the way, and I can say this is one of the deepest friendships I have in life today. Thank you Tre for being a great human being. This chapter of life will be beautiful and deserved. You are a genuine soul and I wish nothing but the best in this next journey of life with Kelsey!
Yep, I stole this line from my sister and brother, Kelsey is my Aunty, and she was at the hospital when I was born, where we first “met”. She has taken me to sooo many soccer games, and baseball games too. I was also a part of her engagement when Uncle Tre asked Aunty Kelsey the big question! That was so much fun to be a part of hiding in the trees and being on lookout duty. Aunty Kelsey is very nice to me and very loving, but not when she’s telling me to get off Fort Nite at three in the morning. She is so nice to other people too. I think Uncle Tre and Aunty Kelsey are very good, because they are so cute together. So, my super fun fact about my Aunty Kelsey is that my dad is her brother! Who would have guessed!
Aunty Kelsey is my Aunty, so of course, she has been with me my whole life! I remember recently when she and I had a fun night together when she stayed with us for work because my family was out with my sister and brother. She let me pick what we did that night, and I decided to go to one of my favorite restaurants, Texas Roadhouse. We have been on several family trips together, and I will always remember going zip-lining and UTV riding with her. I’m so happy that Aunty Kelsey found Uncle Tre; they are perfect for each other. He brings out the best in her, and it’s also a plus that he loves playing Fort Nite so that I can play with him! The one fun fact about Aunty Kelsey that I love is that I always tell my mom that one day, my house will be exactly like Aunty Kelsey’s. I love how her house always looks so modern!
I may not have all the words yet (Hey, I’m only one), but what I do know is Kelsey and Tre mean everything to me. From the start, I’ve been surrounded by endless love from my Godmother and her soon-to-be Husband. Now, I am beyond honored to be their ring bearer. Mom will be steering the wheel, and while I try my best to hold back any tears, I want them to know how much I love them both. This day is going to be amazing!
I went to school in the Webster area where I met Tremain at Edgar Road Elementary. We were able to form a strong friendship that has lasted for many years. We have bonded on many aspects of life from playing different varieties of video games to listening to new music while getting some gym time in. Tremain has also taught me the value of loyalty and the gratitude that one can get when we are shown loyalty.
I guess I should start by saying, Tre, thank you for being yourself! By that, I mean, I want to thank Tre for being the big brother in our friendship and family.
Tre and I's grandparents are cousins, and our grandfathers are best friends both in this life and the next. I would always remember Grandpa James taking me over to see you and Mr Eddie, Mrs Lou, aka your grandpa and grandma. At a young age, they impressed upon Tre and I what great friends and family should portray. Throughout our childhood and adolescence, Tre and I always stayed in touch and had more than a great time around each other. I can definitely say Tre is my favorite big cousin, just because of how I look up to him.
We continued our grandfathers' legacy as we have grown older—multiple conversations about school, art, culinary, and life throughout the past decades. We check in on each other’s lives, but also to be present. From late-night conversations to trips out of town to discuss culinary and legacy dreams. It’s a continual blessing that we get to share.
I’m happy and proud of Tre! I look up to him and hold him in some of the utmost regard. It’s what you do with heroes. I'm beyond grateful and blessed to be part of this wonderful day. I’m beyond thankful to get to see Tre fulfill life!
A little note from the flower girl. I met Kelsey in 2021 and I met Tre in 2023. I am so happy to have earned this job. Thank you TT Kelsey and Uncle Tre for letting me be your flower girl. When I met TT Kelsey, I knew she was going to be right by my side. She is also going to be great at being the bride!
Love, Ju
